Gratuity?

I have several questions on gratuity...firstly, is that included in the price for the characters dinner if we don't use a voucher?

And secondly, we're taking a private shuttle from LAX to the Hojo, and gratuity is not included. Since we've always had a great friend able to pick us up before, I have no idea what we should pay each way for gratuity??

We have only ever done the Lilo & Stitch character breakfast, but the gratuity was added to the check. I would imagine most of the other character breakfasts operate in the same way.

As for the shuttle, I would probably plan on tipping 20% each way.

We have gone to goofy 's kitchen and the tip was included in our bill but well worth it!
