I know that on the dining plan for 2008 gratuity will not be included.
Is tax included?

Also, I remember reading somewhere that an automatic gratuity of 18% was added for parties of 6 or more? I couldn't see this on the WDW website on their dining plan information.
Is this info correct? If so where can it be found?

It does say somewhere in the small print on the Disney Dining Plan page on the website. Grat is automatically included for all parties of 6 or more whether on the dining plan or not in Disney.

As for the thing about Tax I would assume that tax is included.

I may be mistaken but I think the automatic tip is for parties of 8 or more. Last time we went we were a party of 7 and I don't recall the tip being added.

I think next year is when it starts at 6 or more with the automatic gratuity. I could be mistaken but I know this year it is 8 or more, at least that is what it reads on one menu I brought home with us.

It will be up to you what form of payment you wish to use.
Also the amount added by you, except for parties of normally 8 or more,
that might be different in some restaurants. Then gratuities would be
automatically added at 18%
