Grandkids first trip to WDW

Been busy with life and finally have some time to write more.

We went to Disney on Ice last weekend and it was great. DGS wasn't sure if he wanted to go but the best part for him was the dragon and the fire.

DGD loved it all especially Belle.

Bought tickets for the P&PP for 1/21. We are soooooooo excited.

I have paid for our rooms, purchased our P&PP tickets, 7 day MWY tickets (through undercover tourist), and confirmed DGD BBB reservation.

My mom picked up a pirate costume for DGS.

AND we only have 75 days until we fly out whooooo whooooo.

Hello there.. I just read your pre trip TR and I see you are a young grandmom just like me :goodvibes

I am 37, almost 38 and my grandbaby just turned 1 in July.. Me and DH have been together for 6 1/2 yr but recently got married over Valentines Day this year.. I have 3 kiddos, age 9, 14 and 16.. DH has 2, ages 17 and 19.. Our grandbaby is the daughter of my DSD who is 19.. My 9 yr old and his 19 yr old have the exact same birthday, Dec 29- they are exactly 10 yrs apart.. so its always a dual birthday celebration

Me, DH, DD9 (who will be 10) are going to WDW Jan 25-Feb 2 so we will be there a few of the same days you are and we are bringing the grandbaby! Im excited but a little apprehensive since she is so young, but she is such a good baby and I think she will do just fine.. We have stayed at Pop a few times and just love it!! Your grandkiddos will love it.. especially the icees in the foodcourt area.. if you get the refillable mugs you can get the icees in them :thumbsup2

Cant wait to hear more..

We took DGD to Disneyland when she was 13 months old and it was great. She was walking and we have a great picture of her walking up to Lilo.

We plan on getting the refillable mugs. When we stayed at All Sport two year ago we got them and I use mine everyday at work.

Got our 7 day park tickets from Undercover Tourist and our P&PP tickets for 1/21 on Thursday. So exciting.

We have a change in our plans and instead of going to AK on Monday 1/21 before the P&PP, we are going to go over to Epcot. There was a lot of things we didn't see at Epcot on the last trip so want to spend 1 1/2 days there. We also want to decidate 2 full days to AK and if we get done early head to DTD in the evening.

70 days from today we leave for the airport. Hoping for good driving weather through the Columbia Gorge.

:cool1: :dance3: :cool1: :dance3:

17 days to go and we head to the airport whoo hoo!!

Where did all the time go.

I have so much left to do - gotta go get more ink for the printer today so I can finish all of my projects. T-shirts should arrive by UPS today!!!

I still have to do:
t-shirts
letters
window clings

pack, pack, pack

The gkids are getting excited and DD is counting the days to when her vacation starts - she is off work 2 days before we leave.

DD wants us girls to go and get pedicures before we leave - sounds good to me but told her it depends on the weather (we could get snow).

Still need to make a hair appointment for the Friday before we leave.

Oh so much to do and I have to go back to work tomorrow.
