You should consider renting points or a reservation, from a DVC Member. Either on these boards, or through The Timeshare store.

Given the way brokers are handling the current closure and canceled rentals, renting points from a broker is not something I would recommend to anyone right now.

Especially for the money you would be spending on a Grand Villa.
