Grand Villa at OKW - Occupancy Question

Can the Grand Villa at OKW accommodate 13 people, if one of the guests is an infant, about 11 months old? Will Disney allow 13 in a room, if one is a baby? Thanks for your help.

You are permitted up to twelve persons plus one infant under the age of three. If you have one year old triplets, two will count and one won't.
