Grand One Yacht!

Hey everyone! My DF and I are getting married on the Dream sailing Jan 19-23. We will be staying at WDW three days before. As of now our guest list is pretty small. We have some friends and family that can't make the cruise but live in Florida. We were thinking about doing a welcome dinner, possible at Ohana's, and either a dessert party or the specialty cruise on the Grand One. For such a small group, between 10-20, I'm thinking cost wise it might be better for the Grand One. I'm also hoping to do a grooms cake since we have limited options on DCL.

Has anyone done the Grand One? If so I would love to hear about it. As always I welcome ideas and suggestions
