the res are in my name , my grandson 11 and granddaughter 4 along with thier father our with me do we still need the docs notorized? silly i know but just want to have everything all set!
thanks
You won't need any docs notarized, but your son, the father travelling with you, will need a letter from the children's mother notarized allowing travel outside the country. The Father can authorize the medical treatment.
My 7 year old granddaughter and I just returned from the West Coast MAGIC to Mexico. I had the DIsney Cruise Line document signed by her father and I also had a notorized letter from her mother and father saying I had permission to take her to Mexico and also had permission to seek medical treatment if necessary. No problems at all so I didn't need notorized form but better be safe than sorry. When we returned to Port of San Pedro and went through immigration the officer ran her name through the computer which I appreciated and said he didn't need to see letter; she was traveling with a passport so checking on her was very simple. YOu will love traveling with your grandkids as they see and hear things you'd never see or hear - they are very special!
