Thanks--it's the "Safari Celebration Dinner" that I am interested in. One possible hitch--we're at OKW, but several others are at SOG--which is not a Disney hotel. Will that be a problem???

2 years ago when I booked a Grand Gathering my IL's were not on property and they told us 80 % of the party had to be on property, so we were ok. I don't know if that has changed or not, but wouldn't you think they would include SOG??

Anyway, if you use the 800 number, and just tell them you want Grand Gathering, they will forward the call.

I would think that SOG would qualify, but we've been told by Disney already that it is NOT a Disney hotel and therefore does not qualify. So in our case, 80% of the group is OFF property---.
Thanks for the information tho--I'll give it a try and see maybe if I can get lucky.
