Grand Gatherings

I keep hearing something about grand gatherings and grand gathering planners. Who and what exactly is this? We are going as a party of 12 do we qualify for this? Thanks

Yes, any group of 8 or more qualifies!

YES.... as the above posted has given, these sites are great, the planner also helps with PS's and other events while you are there.

I wonder why they didn't mention all this when I booked the rooms? Is it too late to call back and have it where I have a grand gathering planner?

Call 1-407-WDW-PLAN. Get a Grand Gathering ID # from the CM. Then download the planner and off you go. The planner really isn't anything spectacular though so don't get psyched for something great. Also, never deal with any CMs other than a GG CM. It keeps things easier. Figure out what GG events your group will want to do, and start booking away! Enjoy !
