Grand Gatherings problem...Help needed!

Hi all!
We have a GG Wishes Cruise scheduled for our party of 8 in 10 days!

Problem: DBIL just found out he has to leave early and will miss the GG. I called GG and a CM told me that as long as he is paid for (we all are), that if we just show up all will be well. If we cancelled him, we'd have to cancel the whole thing because we'd only be 7. Does this sound correct? Has anyone gone down to 7 at the last minute? We don't mind paying for him as long as we can still go. I just don't want to show up and be told to leave!

Don't worry if you are one short. Since you have already paid, when you get there just tell them one person could not make it. They will be fine with it. Just like if someone got ill, they would not make all of you cancel.
