grand gathering question

Has anybody out there done a grand gathering experience? We are going in Sept 2007 and will have a total of 13 (including an 8 mo). Would like to do something special that we usually can't do with just the 5 of us. Wondering if the experience is worth the extra money?

We are going as a GG this Nov.. but we aren't doing anything special.. LOL
