Okay, here is the deal, we want to do a Grand gathering, we have 7 adults, 2 infants, my brother in law lives in Orlando, and said he would join us so we make that 8 paying people. Here is my problem, he works weird hours, and things just pop up, if he can't show up last minute, will they let us still do the voyage, with 7 people, and two infants??? Or, will we get there, have told the kids about it, and they not let us do it???
Thanks

This is a guess, but I assume if his spot has been paid for in advance and no refund is requested, that the seven of you will be able to go.

Actually I've heard that if you show with less than 7 you will not be allowed on the Grand Gathering (so that people can't cheat by claiming a person that doesn't really exist to get it). I don't know if they would refund your money in that case or not. If your brother is not reliable, I wouldn't do it.

He'd also have to be registered to one of the rooms as well. Only registered guests can participate on a GG. I would call GG and ask them what would happen if he didn't show, couldn't hurt to ask.
