Laugh all you want suckas. She got Verizon for xmas and a new number lol. She got this phone that looks like a sidekick. It opens 1 way like a keyboard and another like a regular flip phone. I tried to turn it on once. Like I said, once. I'll have TinkPrincess as she calls herself now pm you the new number. Oh btw, after she get's the new phone I find out I had a 2 year not 1 year contract. I just put her old one on a low cost plan so it's not too expensive.

Yes, Please have TinkPrincess pm me before July 4th! I was planning to pm you my cell before then so I could find you all before the GC parade. But I like this idea better.

FYI-If Gatordad comes then we will have to change the location to the BOMA restaurant as that is all you can eat buffet. Between me and him, I am not sure the JIKO restaurant has enough food stock to satisfy our tastes. He did say that if he was invited that stacktester had a tab there and that he knew the number and he would buy everyone their first round.

Well isn't that generous of Donnie! Of course, if he's buying, then he and Annie are definitely invited! Pete can come, too. But he better be on his best behavior!!!! If everyone prefers Boma, then I'm game. I was thinking Jiko because I've never been. Boma is "all you care to eat" and it is cheaper, so whatever you all think!

I'll try to get us in on the 3rd. I fly in that morning. If nothing is available that day, I'll try the 5th.

Boma is a more casual (almost cafeteria like) restaurant at AKL. If you don't eat fish (what!? No pan seared salmon? no crab cakes? no tuna tar tar? no sushi?!) then you'll be OK at either place. I make this dish from Boma called Bobotie. It is made with lamb and beef and spices and all sorts of yumminess. I also make 2 things from Jiko. One is a Flank Steak with a Durban sauce, the other is lamb with a berrebere sauce. They are both like ecstasy for your taste buds! Oh my gosh, I'm getting hungry.....

I'm game for either but JIKO is very good. The Monk Fish is awesome. Again, not cheap and pretty much ala cart. Boma is very good too but like you said, it is buffet style.

Either of those dates would be fine and a time that is not too early but not too late either. I don't want to have to eat dinner before I go out to dinner.

I'll call Jiko first. If a suitable time is not available I'll try Boma. I'll make the ressie for 10 in case we pick up some more people. We can always downsize~it isn't as easy to do the opposite.

That's awsome! All of mine are on Verison and all of them got a new phone for Christmas too! Let's just say they aren't afraid to use them also! They have the unlimited text plan also and will sit on the couch and text each other. All of them except Katie because she is 13 now and loves to hide in her room! Anyway, I am glad I did not install an intercom system in our remodel, now I just call them on the phone. I am so lazy sometimes. I will PM Annie with Katie's phone number so she can call her and so on and so on. Anyway, the girls are looking forward to seeing her again and can't wait till summer. I think we are going to miss each other spring break, we arrive on March 22 and leave on the 30th.
