Grand Gathering @ Animal Kingdom

Can anyone tell me if the exclusive grand gathering offer at Animal Kingdom is worth it? We go in November, it takes place after the park closes ... "private" safari ride followed by character meal. They will take 2 sit-downs pp.

I can't tell you but I will be attending one of these in December, so I hope it is worth it

If you are just wondering if it is worth the 2 credits from the DP, I would say yes. I think the prices for this gathering per person is upwards of $70 each. So unless you are thinking of eating at 2 TS restaurants where an entree, dessert and drink would cost more than $70 I think its worth it to spend the credits on the gathering.

Also, the grand gatherings are going to be discontinued in January, so this will be your only chance to ever attend one.

We are a grand gathering going in December, and this was the only [grand gathering] dining experience we considered (obviously we are going to eat while we're there!). Unfortunately, it wasn't offered at a time that worked for our trip!
