Hello,

My son is taking the Pirate Cruise & I am thinking during that time to try to set up a treatment at the GF Spa.

The thing is I can not find any information, such as the different treatments, prices, amount of time, etc.

I know I saw it once but I don't remember where.

Can some one help me?

Also has anyone did a Spa treatment when your child has been away on the Pirate Cruise or any of the other acitivities for that matter?

I've done several spa treatments at the GF. When choosing keep this in mind--

It's at least a ten minute walk from the GF Marina to the GF Spa. They want you to arrive a minimum of fifteen minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

Whatever you decide to do you've only got an hour or so by the time you walk there, check-in, check out and walk back. Considering that most treatments require you to change into either a bathing suit or your birthday suit, you need to allow time for that as well.

Bottom line--a manicure or pedicure are great options.

So Anne-

You are saying with the time & such I would be better off choosing a manicure or pedicure?
I suppose those are the quickest ones where you don't have
to change out of clothes for those or do you?

I read some of the pedicures & a few of them sounds so relaxing especially after being at Disney for a week!!

That's what I would do!

Ask for Mandy when you make the appointment--she's been there for about seven years and does very nice work.

If she's not available you could also ask for Vanessa, but she only does "pick up" shifts now and then anymore, so it might be hard to schedule in advance with her.

be a nice treat for my feet after all the walking

I've done this twice while ds was doing the Pirate's Cruise. We (SIL and I) had no trouble fitting in a 50 minute Aromatherapy Massage and some Sauna time. It was fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone. We made it back to the dock in plenty of time to pick up the kids.
