Grand Floridian Senses Spa Question

We just booked a Swedish massage at the Grand Floridian and I am confused because my reservation says noon, but it says to come as early as I want and stay as long as I want? How does that work, does my massage still start at noon? Or do I go on a wait list for the day when I arrive?

Sorry, I have never had a massage in Disney before, so it just threw me off Thank you for any help!!

OP , I have only done manicures/pedicures at the Spa but I was told I could stay as long as I wanted. Your massage will still be at the scheduled time but you can use the facility after or before.

What is there to do before or after at the spa? Did you do anything before your manicure/pedicure?

There was a steam room but I didn't have a long wait since my appointment was at 9:00.After that I was meeting DH for lunch so I hung out in the ladies lounge for a bit.
Wasn't like the salon/spa at the Hotel Del which had a pool area ( even then I left for lunch and a walk on the beach)

There is a lounge area with refreshments and a big whirlpool, steam room, sauna, etc. (bring a bathing suit if you want to in the whirlpool). There is also a fitness facility. Your massage is at noon, but you are free to use those facilities all day long.

You are free to use any of the amenities at this spa for the entire day. You can relax in the whirlpool, rest in the heated tile loungers, use the steam our sauna room, or read in the tranquil quiet of the waiting room.
