We are going to have to waitlist for a room at VGF as it is sold out over our dates. We prefer a resort studio, but would take a studio villa. View doesn't matter to me. I just want to put my two waitlists in for whichever type we have the best chance of getting. So are there more Resort studios? And if so, are there more standard or lagoon view? We have a few sets of dates we can do, so I am going to do one for each set of dates, but want the best chance, so want to go with what has the most quantity. I tried to look online for a breakdown of all the types and quantities, but didn't have luck. Thanks!

There are 202 resort studios so many more than deluxe studios.

I am not sure of the breakdown but the lagoon view seem to last longer than SV due to being more points.

Everything is booked solid, so I can't even get lagoon view :( So I was going to waitlist for whichever had more total rooms.

I also am considering Poly, if they have more total studios, but also couldn't find a "view" breakdown of those, to see which type had the most total quantity.

It's for September, so running into all the MNSSHP bookings that just happened.

For Poly, there are a lot of SV srudios…compared to LV…

This actually came up in a thread yesterday & here’s the GF resort studio standard/lake view breakdown.
Poly has 288 standard studios and VGF has 84 standard resort studios and 88 lagoon view resort studios. So, Poly is a better bet, but you can have 2 waitlists at one time per membership if you want to cover your bases.

Thank you so much! I tried searching. But just couldn’t find it. I knew it had to be around here somewhere. Really wish we could waitlist more than two options.

I agree with 202 Resort Studios at VGF.

In the original building there are 6 Grand Villas, 47 dedicated 2BRs, and 47 lock-off 2BRs.

The lock-offs can be reserved as 2BR or as a studio or a 1BR.

All that is to say that there are only 47 potential deluxe studios at VGF, and every time someone books a 2BR Lock-off, that takes one Deluxe Studio out of inventory. So your chances on the waitlist are better with the Resort Studios.
