Grand Floridian Hotel Print

My cousin had stayed at this hotel several years ago and purchased a beautiful pastel print of the hotel. It was quite large, almost like a poster. Just curious to see if anyone has seen the print recently and what shop it was in and the cost? AND if the other hotels had prints as well. It would make a nice collection........

Yes, they had it in the gift shop this past April. They also have them displayed in the guest rooms. Don't quote me on the cost but I believe it was in the $25.00 range (not framed).

Wow, 25.00, that is a bargain. The way my cousin matted and framed it, it looked like it cost a lot. Thank you so much for responding!

Just got back last night. The prints are in Sandy Cove - next to the GF Cafe. The $25 sounds about right for the cost of the print too. DW considered buying one, but didn't get back around to it this trip.

As far as the other resorts, I know that in May the AKL had several prints for sale in their gift shop. I bought 2 framed prints but they do also carry unframed prints as well. They had a variety of sizes as well as a variety of scenes.

I paid $85.00 total to have my large, framed and matted GF print to be shipped home. I bought it at Sandy Cove. That was in 2000.

In 2003 I bought a smaller, framed and matted print of POR for $45.00. I brought this home myself.

These are fantastic reminders of a amazing trips with my family. I now buy these whenever we go on vacation. I also have one from Ocean City, NJ by artist D.Morgan.
