Grand Floridian Cafe'

Any opinions on the Grand Floridian Cafe'? We have ADR's for dinner in November. I need some opinions! Thanks for the help!

We ate there just a few weeks ago and we didn't really care much for it. I was really looking forward to this dinner, and while we enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful resort, the food just did not impress us. We would not be opposed to trying it for breakfast or lunch, but there are so many other dinner choices that we would not return for dinner.

We have eaten there for all meals and think it's one of Disney's "hidden gems". The service and atmosphere are excellent. We have had the hamburger, salmon, pork dish and steak, we thought they were all delicious. For breakfast the french toast was excellent and the eggs also good, DH did not care for the spices on the hash browns, but that's about all we've tried that we didn't care for there.

The chocolate fondue ganache is our favorite dessert at WDW. Although next visit I'm going to try the chocolate fondue at Wolfgang Puck. We'll see how it stands up!!!

I just made an ADR there for before MNSSHP. We were going to go to TTS but on second view there just wan't much on the menu for my nephews and that particular trip is all about the kids.

We love the GF Cafe and have lunch there most trips. We've had dinner there a few times over the years. Our DD and DIL had dinner there in January and enjoyed it.

Service is almost always great. Really maybe one miss in our experience since the Grand opened.
