I adore going to the Grand Flo Spa and loved Julie's review. I'm not a massage person, but really like the other treatments especially the facials. I wanted to let everyone know that if you do like their products, you can order them when you are home. I used to purchase them regularly by just calling the spa and placing an order (can't anymore --- saving money while house hunting). They carefully package everything and ship them. I believe they are still using Sodashi products (they used to use Jurlique) which are all natural and lovely!

Once you get any type of treatment at the spa, you are entitled to use its facilities for the entire day. This includes the various relaxation rooms, eating area, showers, etc. It's definitely an awesome break day during a WDW trip.

The spas at the Grand Flo and SSR are both Niki Bryan Spas which is a great company. Here's their website for more info... http://relaxedyet.com/

Thanks for doing this, Julie! :thumbsup2

EDIT: I just checked and they're no longer using Sodashi, but Amala products. I'm not familiar with this company, but know the standards Nikki Bryan uses for their spas. Good stuff!

I would gladly suffer through another spa day for our listeners!

And I will gladly join you just to give an unbiased, non-podcaster opinion. :)

That sugar scrub sounded AWESOME!!! I told DH that I'd let him go golfing during our next trip if he let me soak in some sugar and tin foil blankets. :-)

Julie I had not seen your updated pictures. Ferris looks like such a little boy all of a sudden, where did the baby go? My first thought was "Dude!" Finley is a beautiful little lady. You must be very proud.

Julie, was this a set package or did you do it ala carte? Would you mind letting me know how much it was total, as I am thinking of doing it. If that's private, I totally understand or if you can tell me but want to PM it, that would be great too. Thanks!

Edit: Just checked out their website. It sounds like you had the "Relaxed Yet" package. Is that the one?

I would love to get to GF spa eventually. This October is most likely out of the running, but will try if I can.

Thank you, Julie for a great review. When you were mentioning the sugar scrub, I imagined what it would be like to be so pampered. We are lived vicariously through you.

I believe it was a la carte but all of our goodies did have the Relaxed Yet? tagline.

Yes, he is all boy now and so funny! Finley is growing fast and she is totally in love with her big brother!

I've had the sugar scrub treatment... it was wonderful... they even got extra hot packs for my lower back after spending too much time on my feet in the parks...

& Julie... the kids look great!!! & i do believe that Finley has your eyes... :goodvibes
