Need some advice everyone. I am debating between the Nautilus Undersea Tour and the SeaWorld Observatory Semi-Submarine tour. This will be for two parents, a 9 year old and a 4 year old. Anyone had experience with either of these? Thanks.

I'll throw a 3rd option in for your consideration. The Amphibious Bus Land and Sea Adventure (G57). The water is so clear that you don't get much if any of an additional view from being a few feet below the surface, and the crew of the bus gave us food to toss overboard that enticed massive schools of fish to get close. Plus, my kids thought it was fabulous to drive through the city and see things in the town, and to then have the bus drive down a ramp into the ocean and convert to a boat. Adds an extra 'neat' factor.

I loved that idea but minimum age is 5 and my youngest will be 4.

I'm not sure if this is something that happens often, but we signed up for the Glass Bottom Boat tour. On the day we were there, it was cancelled due to rough seas. the Undersea Tour was running.
