Thanks! Sounds like bit of a hassle when you're on vacation to have to wait for front desk. No, unfortunately laundry for VGC is frustrating if you're in a studio. You have to pay at the machine in the laundry room (credit card), and then you will need to go get reimbursed for the charges at the concierge or front desk. I feel like I remember the cost is $3+ dollars per load for washer/dryer.
Front desk is pretty chill outside of check in/check out times. Thanks! Sounds like bit of a hassle when you're on vacation to have to wait for front desk.
Seems like every time I'm there there is a semi-long wait for front deskFront desk is pretty chill outside of check in/check out times.
Yes, laundry is supposed to be free for DVC. Just need to bring dryer sheets. It's just a hassle when you're staying in a studio cuz you have to bring all your stuff to the laundry roomIs laundry at dvc free? I think we paid at BLT

Is that true for studios? Our dues pay for the laundry facility.
You can call housekeeping and get detergent sent to your room if there isn't already some in there.

The One bedrooms we have always had a bottle placed on the washer when when we check in but I don't remember ever being provided detergent if in a studio.
I guess this would apply to all DVC studios, not just VGC?It's not consistent, but I have had a bottle of laundry detergent in the laundry hamper on more than one occasion in a studio. Regardless, a quick call to housekeeping will get you some delivered.
