Grand Cal pool chairs

We are going to DLR June 5-10. We are planning an off/resort day and considering renting a pool cabana for a half day. Is this necessary from an availability stand point? I'm debating if we "need" to splurge on this! We got a cabana at Aulani in part because of the lack of chair availability. Thanks!

We were there on a busy September weekend and had a hard time finding chairs the two times we went to the pool. I wished we had rented a cabana for sure! If it's in the budget, I would do it!

We get cabanas at Aulani mainly because we don't have to worry about chairs or how long we are away from them and the shade. We've had a cabana for a full day twice and half-day twice and without. The lower price makes me more inclined to get one at GF even though we haven't run into that much difficulty getting chairs in our last three summer trips. I do remember just getting two or three chairs for our party of 4 because of availability, but not usually an issue for us. We didn't swim when we were there last week, but if we go this summer, I'd probably spring for a half-day on one of our days.
