Also loved it! Really did not like all of the language, though. A pet peeve of mine but I understand that gangs and others take that way. It did fit with the movie.

This is a great, great movie on many layers!

By far one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. I went when it was in limited release about two weeks ago and was totally shocked by how much of an impact it made on me. So many lessons to walk away with... Clint Eastwood deserves an Oscar for his portrayal of Walt.

Living in the Detroit area I found it fascinating to look at the neighborhoods... the barber shop that really exists in Royal Oak... we saw snippets on the local news stations for a few weeks when the movie was being shot here.

I, too, however, was NOT prepared for the racial slurs... but it was an integral part of the storyline. What an amazing movie!
