Graduation saying...

Awhile back someone posted a Graduation saying that I meant to save for scrapbooking and did not. It was a take-off from the commercials on tv reagrding something being priceless and in this saying someone posted it has to do with Graduation. Does anyone recall this? If so please share. Thanks!
