Graduation Hats/Ears

Do the parks have these in yet and if so does anyone have any pics or want to describe them to me? I am getting my Master's in June and will be coming to celebrate 5/27-5/31. Do you think they will all be gone by then?

I got mine at the beginning of April of last year, but went back in mid-May (the weekend before finals) as one last hurrah before graduating. In May, I couldn't find any of the ones that I had bought in April (trad. ears in blue with a tiny mortar board on top and "Class of 2008" on the front, I got it because I wanted my name on the back), but they did still have plenty full-size mortarboards with furry mouse ears attached. Mine were about $15 and the others were wither $20 or $25 (can't remember). They did have some furry ears that lit up. I would think that they'd continue to produce them well into mid-June because of graduation dates. If all else fails, you can still get one of the new and nifty "Just Graduated" buttons that they're handing out as part of the WWYC campaign (wish they had 'em last year).

oh wow. I hope they have those graduation hats at the end of March. I'm going to budget for three of them.

OK so regarding the the buttons do you just go into City Hall and ask for them? I would love to get one for each of my kids! Do you get anything special when you wear them?

Yes, just go into City Hall and ask.

It depends on the pin and the age of the person, but you will get at least CMs and others wishing you a happy birthday or congratulating you (or whatever's appropriate for the pin) and it's a beacon for extra attention, especially from streetmosphere people (ex. when I had my birthday pin on last year, I was on a TSI raft with some pirates who spent the 5 minute ride trying to convince me that because it was my birthday I should be giving gifts, especially to them).

I'm graduating with my BA in May (30 years after I should have, lol) and going to Disneyland to celebrate, but not until September. Is there some way to order graduation ears now? I doubt I'll be able to find them in the park in September.

I know... I am concerned they won't have any at the end of May.

Do they have those for this year? My brother graduates in June and that would be a great gift to bring him back from our trip!

Once they have them in the park (which won't be until late March/early April), you can order them from Disneyland Deliverears by calling 1-800-362-4533.

The last Grad Night is in June and it wouldn't make sense for them to not have ears in stock until the last of the Grad Nights is done, so I'm sure that you'll be able to find some until early to mid-June.
