We stayed a Yacht Club concierge in January (4th Disney trip in one year, but the 1st ever in concierge)--I am spoiled for life. We are staying at BWI concierge in July. Anyone stayed there? How is it, and what suggestions do you have?

We did the BWI concierge this past December. It is very nice--it is much like the YC concierge as far as the food offerings and the formality of the lounge go. It is set up a bit differently from the YC concierge though. Instead of being on a completely private floor, the concierge rooms and lounge are in a private section of the floor (accessible by room key, though the door was never locked when we were there). There is a desk with a concierge CM down the hall, then furthur down the hall there is a large sitting area that leads into the lounge. The lounge itself is a bit smaller than the YC lounge, but there is also a desk in there where concierge CMs can assist you. We found the staff to all be friendly and helpful. The foods were yummy too. :) Here's a link to my review:

BWI garden suite concierge review

eads79--Thank you for the info. Last time I stayed at BWI, we passed the ground-level garden suites in your review many times on the way to the Quiet Pool. How gorgeous those rooms and gardens look on the exterior!! (Even better inside, I'm sure.) My 10-year old son son really wants to stay in one of those. We have graduated to concierge--but it may be a while before we get to enjoy one of those garden suites.

I love the BWI concierge. Everyone is so friendly and very accomodating. It is so nice to relax in the loung after a day at the parks and have an enjoyable conversation with the cast. They all love their job and talking to the guests. They are great with children. My son and family came with my husband and I in Oct. My granddaughter was only 11 months old at the time and loved Jackie! She was terrific with her, as was the rest of the cast.
They will have suggestions on where to eat and what to order. they were able to change PS for us and were very helpful with my son dealing with his diabetes. He had only found out 2 weeks before we went and they had wonderful desserts and muffins for him. Can't say enough about staying there. Have fun

We loved BWI concierge.

To take FULL ADVANTAGE of everything concierge has to offer....In the concierge lounge upon your arrival, be sure to ask for a schedule of concierge offerings. They will give you a list of what is provided and at what time of day.
