Grad bash -- early entry at 7 a.m.?

I just learned that Grad Bash is scheduled for the only day we can go to Islands of Adventure, unless we make major changes in our plans. The park opens at 8 a.m. Does this mean early entry is at 7 a.m.? We have to leave the park by 6 p.m. anyway, so this might work better for us. My only late sleeper is a HP fanatic who started chanting "7 a.m. Harry Potter 7 a.m. Harry Potter," so I think she's on-board with an early wake-up.

Staying on site the night before, I'm guess we won't have to deal with the usual "teenagers on a trip without parents behavior." I'm already expecting large crowds on a Friday in April, so will anything else about grad night affect our trip?

Unless they change something by the time of your trip, yep.

When a school attends Grad Bash they are locked into the parks. The students cannot access city walk or anything of that sort.To go to the different parks they have the walkway opened between the parks and thats how they move between parks. You will never see the Grad Bash teenagers. However depending on your resort you might hear the concert music.


That means that early entry will be a 7am.
