We have the Graco Duo and are taking a trip in Dec. We took our Jeep double last time, but DS1 (4yr) is getting a bit big for it. Does the DUO do well at Disney at all??? I'm not sure if we will even have it still then (I told another mom here she could have it 3months ago and she STILL hasnt picked it up after 3emails), but if we do I'm thinking that might be what we do instead of renting. I've also been considering getting a sit & stand, but dont want to spend money if I dont have to.

DUO Rider or DUO Glider? The side-by-side stollers really do handle better at WDW although we have done both and did fine.

I personally prefer a two seater stroller to the sit and stand ones but that is purely a personal opinion and preference. While at WDW even 6-7 year olds have been known to want to ride in the stoller and sometimes take a snooze. Can't do that in one that will only allow one child to sleep at a time. Still every family and their needs are different.

Glider...sorry i didnt realize there were 2 diff types.

So, our side by side jeep double is probably better then? I only ask because I'm having trouble deciding...our oldest is going to be 4 and is dragging his feet all the time when we use the side by side, but its easier to push and fold up....the duo is harder to drive, but DS wont be dragging his feet and we have the basket. UGH I guess we still have plenty of time to make a decision, but I just wanted others opinions on the DUO at Disney.

The Rider is Graco's side-by-side version.

So he drags his feet? Yikes. That is a tough one. Could you just cut his feet off for the trip? Sew them back on later? ;)

You know I am only kidding! Maybe the Duo Glider would work better for you considering his feet dragging. I say this because if he gets hot/tired/cranky then his feet dragging will become even more of a rebellious statement to anger you. Mom's and Dad's can get very hot/tired/cranky too and then our patience can get thin. At that point, if a toddler is dragging his feet on purpose, the trip may not be quite as fun. The second week of June will be crowded. Not as much as later in June-July but there will be substantial crowd levels to consider.

There are a LOT of super smart moms and dads here so I know someone will come up with a better idea for you.

We have used the duo glider on 2 trips. My kids were 1 and 2 years, and then 3 and 4 years. It is a little hard to drive, but its what we used at home so I was used to it. It worked out great for us. The basket underneath was perfect for all our stuff.
