I guess I'm checking in too. :) I'm still in training when it comes to the Disboards hopefully I'll get the hang of it. :thumbsup2

Last time Matt took a DIS vacation he had his appendix out.

I had mine removed at age 8. The good thing is that can only happen to each person once. Hopefully, this is a good DIS vacation.

:welcome: to the Games boards. You're already ahead of the game, since you found the coolest board so quickly.

Thats what we all would like to know.:lmao:

:rotfl2: I may know now if my guess is correct. Alison will have to tell me if I am correct.

:lmao:

I wish I knew what I was trying to say!

I re-read it after I got some sleep. Were you referring to renting points? We have not booked yet. If you want to, we can try. Since the DVC units are sold out and the point conversion to stay at PP is high, it may be too costly. Not sure how many points it does cost though. The only thing I was told is that it would be cheaper to pay out of pocket than rent points for PP. I would be willing to pay you up to what I would pay Disney. That way, your points do not get wasted, and I would not want to take advantage of a friend. I was planning on booking this weekend, since I do not want to book less than a month out. If you still want to try, let me know before Sunday. If not, I understand. Rooms are going for $305 right now, so it may not be the best use of points. GC rooms are $485, and I cannot afford that. DH will have to wait to stay there.

Skiing had his gallbladder removed. So in theory could be his appendix. But hopefully not.

:faint:

So not in the mood for work crap
Just had a file crash and now it says can't find file or open it. :headache:

Joy

That's probably what I was talking about, but I can't make it out after all the gibberish. It would be 194 points for a PP Park view room, which at $10pp would be just as much or more expensive than a GC room. Points are best used at the Villas, since we can't use them at the Villas we are good to use them ourselves in the hotels. If we can agree on shen to go there. I'm happy to just go there, but she doesn't want to leave the kids, so we'll see what happens....

Holy cow, just when I think I was all caught up. I will have to wait until we are on the way to vegas. I am so busy tomorrow. Kimberly, I just saw you started a new one. I am still working on Focus.

I had a terribe time with my sciatica yesterday and I took a pain pill and I fell asleep at 8:30 last night. I slept all night.

I hope things are better before your trip.

Just saying hi before I head out for the weekend! See you guys Sunday! :)

Have an awesome time!

I guess I'm checking in too. :) I'm still in training when it comes to the Disboards hopefully I'll get the hang of it. :thumbsup2

Hi and Welcome!:flower3:

OK I'm last for a few seconds.

That's $1940, which is what 4 days at the GC cost. I already told DH no to that amount. Sorry, I cannot help you with the points. That is more than we paid at GF with free dining. I have to say though seeing that it is more expensive to use points than pay cash for non-DVC rooms does discourage me a bit. I also wonder why you can pay cash for a standard view but have to get a park view with DVC points. We will mostly go to Disneyland and are unlikely to get VGC, since I want a new contract. The new ones are all sold out. You almost need the 11 month booking window to stay there. Hopefully, Fran agrees to take go again, so you get to use all of your points. I would be so bummed if I ever lost them. Good luck.

Oh and another update on the PTR....

I actually read that first, and you had a booking qustion on there too. Please disregard that. That event was fascinating.

If you do not have time to read them, it's okay. They will be there any time you want to read. I have arrived to many late (like Fran's and Princess') and spend hours reading when I have time.

I hope things are better before your trip.

Hi and Welcome!:flower3:

OK I'm last for a few seconds.

I hope you're better too, Jo.

Your last was longer than a few seconds. I am lucky to get three minutes. Come on three minutes!!!

I outlasted myself, but at least I waited 3 minutes.

Focus has a TR too! :faint: I'll have to check her sig the next time she checks in! I have some more time now, and could us another esacpe! I'll have to check it out. Mine are short if that's any consolation!

I never noticed either. I will have to check hers out later as well.

Still last. Shocked the night shift has not checked in, but Princess did say something about working today.
