PIO don't read, I went on another bike ride,, PIO can read again. I saw a moose and had a bald eagle swoop down over my and fly agead of me down the road. Also there is any osprey nest I've ridden by a few times. It's been there at least 5 years with an osprey in it. This year days before the ospreys returned, there was a canuck goose in it. Sure enough this goose is using this nest 25 feet in the air.

There are a couple spots where the osprey nest on top of power line towers. Tourists pull over to get that natural shot.

That's lucky I see a lot of skunks but very rarely the others. Coyotes probably help control them at least through competition.

Seen lots of Bison and Elk...but never a Moose

As for our 'wildlife' it is limited to Rainbow Lorikeets (colourful bird) really. We had a Blue Tongue who visited each year for years but we haven't seen it for quite a while.

I'm currently having a hair tearing out, where the HECK (feel free to replace with appropriate word) did I put that thing, moment....
I have 2 wall chargers for my iPhone/Pad/Pod assorted gadgets. But I can't find the second one. I took both last trip and brought them both home...and I remember thinking - "I'll leave this one with my travelling things as it'll go next time and I don't need it right now"...........

We have some wildlife out here, we're sang to sleep by coyotes, the skunks stink us out, racoons come steal dog/cat food, swallows like to nest over our doorways, ducks, pheasants, geese, rattlesnakes, cougars, deer and a fox once in a while.

And the not so wild...cows, sheep and turkeys.


Spent the day at a 90th birthday party today and I can only hope I'm doing that well at that age.
