Gra;nd CA or Disneyland Hotel

Is the DH nice? We stayed at the GC when it was new and have only been once to CA. We are planning a last minute trip and can get the DH for 191.00 and the GC for 297.00 We loved the GC, it was clean and loved the closeness to the parks.
Is DH much farther away? Is it clean? How much wear and tear shows? I know it is a much older hotel. Do you see mold etc. Is the GC that much better, at a 100.00 more a night, I need to know.

The DH is nice. I have stayed there three times in the last year and my room was always immaculate. The walk is not far, maybe 10 minutes. It is less than 5 minutes to the monorail. My kids love the pool. One thing I love is that they clean that room so promptly. Whenever we go back to swim or rest midday the room is always made up. I know the GC is the nicest and newest but the DH has always been great for us.
