We got really lucky with our scheduled trips to WDW and were able to pick up both of the new Mickey and Minnie AP magnets at the Flower and Garden Festival this year. Now we have the full set, well at least until Disney releases a new one.

I just got my 3rd regular Mickey magnet in the mail this week. Not really sure why, LOL! Looking forward to getting the Minnie Flower and Garden Magnet next month. Got the F&G Mickey one in March.

They came in the mail, just like the DVC ones. I think they were included with the publication sent to AP holders--The Mickey Monitor.

The mickey with red background was/is sent out when you first sign up for an AP or renew. Believe those rolled out mid last year. So anyone that didn't get it will likely when they renew.

The one with Christmas lights was able to be picked up in Hollywood studios this past December.

The other two were/are available to be picked up in Epcot for the flower and garden festival. Mickey was available February 28 to April 8, 2018. Minnie is available April 9 to May 28, 2018

AP emails and newsletters are notorious for being sporadic and not going out to every AP.

We renewed last Feb and so far we've received all the Mickey monitors in the mail. Renewed this past Feb and about a week or two ago got our "congrats on AP" mickey monitor which had two more of the mickey with red background magnet

I can confirm. There are folks who claim they have never received any of the publications from AP or DVC, and then there are those who always receive them. It's a bit of a mystery, just like "Why does Disney IT suck so much?" With regard to the publications, there is little content there, it's mostly Disney buzzwords strung together without imparting any real information. Which is why there's the Dis.

In past AP’s we got the mailings.
We called this time, because we never got anything and they weren’t willing to help and just pointed us to the electronic ones. (I suppose I shouldn’t complain too much since I got the DVC Platinum + AP for the price of a gold, deal)

Exactly. If you are an overseas AP holder you are, most likely, out of luck. In fact, we've never even received an email. It's not the end of the world, though. You don't miss what you've never had.
