Got the 40% off for Deluxe!!!

We only have one son so focusing on him is all we do.:lmao: I was never able to have any more children and that was fine with me. God blessed me with a wonderful son. We love our family with just the three of us. We are very excited to be staying at BLT with a TPV no less.:cloud9: This will be our first time in a villa at Disney. I think I am more excited than anyone else.:rotfl:

We have stayed at the YC several times and just love it there. There is so much to do over at the Epcot resorts and the atmosphere is wonderful. When we booked the BC we had a deluxe room which is supposed to be much bigger than the standard room. So maybe that would be something for you to consider when your whole family goes. There are so many options now to choose from it's crazy.:flower3:

You are so right about all of the choices...they make my head spin! Well, at least 2010 is taken care of. I won't have to think about what resort iwant for 2011 for a while.

How wonderful!!!:wizard::hug: Your DD must be so excited.;)

She really is! I think DH and I are more excited than her!:laughing:It's the closest thing to a trip by ourselves that we have to WDW in 20 years!!! We do plan on letting her go to the cub's den one night while we enjoy a dinner to ourselves.

I got the pin code too and we are using our 20% off value resort code. BUT, when I booked our reservation tonight for our 10/29/10-11/6/10 vacation, the amount that came up on the disney website was the same price that the CM quoted me on the phone. I told him I had a pin code for the room and he basically told me that since I am booking a package then I cant use the code. (since its a room only code) does that sound right to you? I think I should call back and check with someone else. what do you think? I figured we would save at least $200 using the pin

Yes, you need to call back and talk to a different CM.

Who did the email come from? I never know who to watch for!

As Rags stated ours came from Disney Destinations and this was in the subject line: Explore your Disney Resort picks, So and So family! DH received two of these codes after I started a new account under all of my DH's information and saved several vacation quotes. The emails also had each resort and dates that I saved. I am sending some pixiedust: your way.

How do I get the discount codes mailed to my house? I am looking to plan a trip to Disney in the middle of August with my husband and daughter who will be 1 1/2 years old...Any suggestions? Preferably a moderate hotel unless I get an unbelieveable deal for a deluxe

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanx

That's a tough one. I don't think there is any rhyme or reason as to how Disney sends out the codes. We have never stayed at a moderate so I can't give you any advise on that. Sorry. We did however tour CSR and thought it was very nice. Big resort and the pool looks really cool. They have a great marketplace and the food looked great. There is a place to sit down and eat right out of the back entrance overlooking the lake. Very nice setting. You can get a good workout just walking around the lake.:rotfl:

Wow! I'd fall over if I got a discount code like that.

If I book online at regular rate, and if I get a code, can I just apply the code to my existing reservation? I say if because I've never received any discount codes ever. I do get emails from Disney though. Just wondering how the code thing works if you already have an existing reservation.

Congrats! We never get a pin/code...nothing...ever. But we did book a trip for Jan. with 45% off CL at the Poly...I just pretend I got one in the mail!!!:rotfl2: After all the trips we take I would think a pin/code would be a nice thing to send to us, but then they put out some great deals & you gotta jump on them!!!!

Just realized that you are new to the DIS. :welcome: We were able to do it but you would have to call and speak to a CM (Cast Member). It can't be done on line. I first booked our BLT 1 bdr villa, TPV (Theme Park View) with dining and park hopper tickets under the regular rate. My DH (Disney Husband) then received the 40% pin code so I called to see if they could apply it to our existing reservation. They were able to but we had to switch to a BLV (Bay Lake View) as the TPV under the pin code were taken. So we did. I was told by the CM to call back to see if a TPV opens up under the pin code. I called back and they had a 2 bdr TPV villa open under the pin code so we took it. With this code for 8 nights, 2 adults and 2 teens we saved over $3700.00.:yay: From what the CM said that there are only a certain allotment of rooms per pin code. You could possibly receive a pin code and all the rooms might be booked for what you are looking for under that particular pin code. So sometimes being flexible helps. Happy Planning.:flower3:

Thank you so much for your reply.

Look for an email from Disney Destinations.. Good Luck!:goodvibes

Well, I went back and looked and I may have deleted it without thinking. The only one I could find was from this past summer and expired in September. Oh well!

We also got the 40% off code. We were ablde to save $1900 at WLCL for July. I had saved a few trips under my login and never received anything. I finally got the code when I created a new login for my husband with a different e-mail. Keep trying - it works!!:thumbsup2

I deleted one too because I didn't think I would be using it, so I called and explained the situation and the cm told me what I had.

I got the 20-30-40 pin this morning! I opened it about an hour ago and I almost started crying. Now I'm just still so excited I can't concentrate enough to call in for a ressie!:yay:

You are welcome. We have been going to WDW since 1991 and this was our very first pin code. I screamed so loud that my dogs jumped up and ran.:rotfl::lmao:

This is too funny. I have been trying to get the "PIN"...driving everyone in my house nuts...running to the mailbox, saving offers, checking email a million times...
This morning I logged onto my email and saw the "Disney Destinations" email and I screamed so loud DH said to the kids, "Don't worry, Mommy just code the PIN code...now we can all move on with our lives".

In July, it will be our 5th year in a row staying at the GF and I have never had a pin code. Congratulations to all of you who received one! Happy New Year.
