Got pin code, have question

Hello!

I got a pin code for 30% off the room rates for all resorts for October 1-4 and 8-31. It says I can book online, but is there a place to enter the pin, or do I need to call to book?

the pin codes via snail mail give you a website to book through.

try disneyworld.com/resortvisit

and then it asks you to enter pin, last name and zip code.

i'm not sure about the email offers as the last two PINs i've gotten have been through snail mail.

if you get the pin via email there is a link to click on which brings you to the WDW website it will have the pin already posted in the pin section itll have a section for your last name and zip code then itll send you to the booking screen. Hope this helps op or any others

I got that pin as well...

the % off portion of the pin you go to disneyworld.com/stay

the fdp portion says disneyworld.com/play but I haven't been able to get that one to actually work.

I had the same thing happen. Use the web address on your post card. For me, it was www.disneyworld.com/stayplaydine

There will be a place to type in your pin code, name, and zip code to make sure you're the person the code was sent to.

My mom got a pin, but I was told I could not use it, even though It was from a family vacation 20 years ago which I attend as an adult!! Maybe if I explained that I could use it? Anyone else have experience with this?

You were told correctly as PIN codes are not transferrable. The only way the pin can be used is if your mom is with you on trip the pin is used for. It doesn't matter who was on a trip in the past, if the pin is in your mom's name, you are not eligible to use it.

I'm really peeved. We had a 30% pin when I called in to ask about pins. We priced it all out for 3 different types. But, we had to confirm with the in-laws about which they wanted to do (Royal rooms at POR, Standard at CBR, or Standard at CS). When I called back to officially book, they said the pin was no longer attached and we no longer have a pin. Nothing they can do. They even had all the info from the previous night!!!

I'll tell you what, we may just do Universal (kids love Harry Potter) and SeaWorld instead (swim with the Dolphins).
