we got our BEO a while ago. wait you still never got yours??? i thought you spoke to your planner and everything was cool? as to the photographer, we got an an email from disney photo about it. you should be getting yours soon also i would think charlotte. i wonder if with escape it works different then wishes?

Joe Duncan was one of the photographers at our wedding. He was great, but make sure you have a picture list. DH and I completely forgot and missed a few we wanted but overall I am very happy with them.

We also had Mike Strickland, he was alot of fun!

i don't know. i am having a wishes wedding, i wonder if that is the reason? so weird. i am sure you will get yours any day claire.

Like Carly(jessesgirl) I also had Joe for my wedding. I had him and Tina. We had Mike for our Rehearsal Dinner. Joe is a nice and personable guy and we went over shots we wanted during our phone session with him. If you have certain aka. specific shots in mind then I agree with Carly and bring a list-- it'll make things easier. I really wasn't overly picky with photos. There were a few locales I had in mind (all of which got taken) and he suggested others I never would've thought of. I do not have a PJ or TR, but think my pics are still online (for how much longer idk) so:

Also for the other girls; My guess is Wishes weddings are different because we have seperate photography packages (as opposed to it being included in an Escape), but we knew all our Disney photographers about 1 1/2mos.- 2mos. before the wedding.

We also had Joe Duncan and Mike Strickland for our daughter's wedding and they were great!!!!!!! Joe was very nice and took alot of great pictures. Unfortunately it was over a year ago so they aren't online anymore but I think they are two of the best Disney photographers. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Yes, definitely give them a list of the shots you want so you will be sure that nothing will be missed.

If you use Disney Photographic Services (DPS) you can request a Disney photographer and if you do not one is assigned to you (typically based on who is working the day of your wedding/VR/party). We didn't request anyone, had 4 different photogs (one for the Rehearsal dinner, 2 for the wedding, and 1 for the MK Shoot), and were happy with them all. DPS has a number of photographers all of whom are talented. You will be in good hands.

Just to clarify- Randy is Randy Chapman and he does not work for DPS. He is considered an "outside photographer". So brides hire him as an outside vendor. HTH!
