Got my video! Now with a rant on pg 2!

oh oh oh & during the marriage appreciation dance the dj says, "Stay on the dance floor if you've been married longer than 12 hours" Me & Eric walk off then you can hear me say in the background "bye [insert foul word for female dogs here]!" HAHAHAHAHAAH, so classy, right? :lmao:

:lmao: I love it!!!! That is so funny. Sounds like something my DF would say...well me too. :rotfl:

I dread to think how much crying im gonna do on our wedding day;) , i need me so seriously good water proof mascara :thumbsup2 . I think the only thing thats gonna hold me back is thinking "I cant mess up my makeup".

Hi Amanda,

I'll have to watch your sneak peek when I get home tonight, but I just wondered if you could tell me which package and edit style you went for - we're trying to decide..........

We got the deluxe classic edit with 3 extra hours :)

yay for no makeup movement:thumbsup2 , that would be my worst nightmare. At least you came out of the wedding looking as glam as when you first walked in :) .

I think its sweet when someone cries at their wedding, its such a big day that its bound to over whelm many couples. Im sure he was in a way a little chocked that you cried, it showed how much it all meant to you :cutie: . At least you stopped yourself after a while, i sure hope i can do the same;)

I will teach you the trick to not crying til absolutely necessary...dont pay attention!! In the full length video you can see me staring into space not listening to anything Rev Tim had to say til it was time for vows & ring exchange. :rotfl2: I knew that if I payed attention I would cry so I was thinking about all sorts of things while he was babbling on..I knew I'd be able to watch the ceremony later on video so I was just like "hmm..I wonder if everything's done at atlantic dance hall...wow my feet hurt cant wait to put my flip flops on...the castle looks so pretty from here...oh no there are black clouds I hope it doesnt rain..." Then as soon as I needed to pay attention I lost it. Eric says it looks like someone forced me to marry him :lmao: He's silly...you can see him smirking at me in the video.

And I dunno if anyone noticed, but in the part where the vows say "in joy or sorrow" Eric actually vowed to "enjoy your sorrow" :rotfl: yes ladies, my husband took a vow to enjoy my sorrow!!!!! He tries to live up to it everyday now

:rotfl2: :rotfl:  :lmao:

Reading that really made me laugh though, bless him :cutie:

Thats the kind thing my df would end up saying, getting his words completly muddled up & coming out with something that makes no sense at all.

See you can get him back then, if he starts up on you crying you can turn round & say that at least you didnt screw up your vowels.

I think its fun to see lill things like that happen, that story you can tell for years.

Thanks for the advice, i will remember doing that they but knowing me i ll end up day dreaming & will miss my quee to start saying my vowels. Now that would make funny viewing.........editing def would be required!!!

12 weeks! Wow. I was hoping to have my video for our at home reception 2 months later. I know he has like a week-rush-job fee, but I don't need it that soon, just sooner than 12 weeks! :worried: although we are going with a classic edit, think that might take less time?

(checkin' out your sneak peek now)... I don't know why I never saw it, like you - I often go on and just watch peoples. lol. I think I've seen lynn and vanessas like 30 times. :rotfl2:

Hi Amanda!

How exciting that your video came! I'm so glad that you are happy with it.

I've seen your sneak peek 2 or 3 times and it is the cutest thing. You and Eric look so happy. "Enjoy your sorrow" :rotfl2: That had me cracking up.

I think I will take your tip about not paying attention during the ceremony so that I don't cry. Because once I start, I'll be a mess!

I'll have to watch the sneak peak at home after work tonight!

Do you have a TR somewhere?? I'd love to read all about your wedding!

UGh for your rude cousin on the video! Must be something about obxnious idiot cousins and weddings. DH's *(@&^(*! Cousin had the nerve to ask IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BRIDAL SHOWER in front of all my family, guests and friends, if her BF had seen me in a topless bar!! :scared1: I was totally shocked and couldn't come up with an appropiate response, but my MOH was standing right next to me and she sure came up with a good one. :thumbsup2 Something along the lines as "was he telling you how much better she looks than you do" :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Yeah, i don't think she said anything the rest of the shower!

We're suppose to be getting our video this week too and I can't wait. Stan sent me several portions to look at for editing and it was amazing. His work is unbelievable. I'm glad that I was able to have him for my in-park wedding before the new rules.

Sorry to hear about the rude relative's comments. When we were filling out the questionnaire on whether or not we wanted him to interview guests Kris said absolutely not! I guess he figured we would end up with some off the wall comments too :rotfl:

Home now and I've just watched it - you are so cute!!!

So do you pick your own music for the video? If so, how many songs did you choose and did you get to say where you wanted each song etc, or did you leave it to the masters?

We thought we'd be okay since it was only family...damn drunks! lol

I picked the music for our photomontage & slow-mo retrospective. I let him fill in all the rest with music he thought fit and he did a really good job :thumbsup2

Hey, random question. What song did you use for your appreciation dance? I though it was called an anniversary dance, but anyway, what song did you use?

We used "Remember When" by Alan Jackson

Oh, your wedding was so beautiful! I thought it was very sweet when he said he'd enjoy your sorrow. :rotfl2: You were most definitely a fairy tale princess.
