Got my trip ADRs today for end of Jan!

I am so excited to get my ADRs today for our trip at the end of Jan. When we booked a cast member told us to do our ADRs today before they go out to 180 days and the system gets backed up for a day or two (something Disney is anticipating according to him). I had read people saying some places were hard to get so I wanted to book them as soon as I could. I had no problem going on-line and getting every reservation I wanted at about the exact times that I wanted! It certaintly made me day. Here is what I got booked:
Chef Mickey for Lunch
Le Cellier for Dinner
Artist Point for Dinner
Teppan Edo for Dinner

The rest we decided to wing it on, since my Dad and step-mom think I am over planning things. Anyone have a menu suggestion for the above?

Good choices but I have one question... What time is you ADR for Chef Mickey? I thought they only serve breakfast and dinner.

If you are planning to eat Table service I would not just wing it as there are not any spaces reserved for walk in's basically they book every table at every time if they can.
We are going the end of Jan too. Where are you staying

Oops my mistake..Chef Mickey's is for Breakfast! I was eating lunch at the time.

I know its not reccomended, but my parents got real prickly when I wanted to plan them all. I may make a couple more reservations without telling them and then just cancel if I need to. We are on the dining plan so we only have 8 table service meals. I planned for the ones I felt would be harder to get.
