I have been trying for March 21 since it was availability (60 day holding points) and I couldn't get it!!!

so today I changed to March 9 and I got it - 6 days at WDW - 3 days at OKW, 3 days off-site LaQUinta.

Can't wait!!!!

Does anyone use the restuarant discounts for DVC members - which would you recommend?

Oh I am celebrating my birthday early (March 20) - so I really want someplace that is nice that does not get upset when I say I have food allergies.

we are going planning on spending one or two days in the parks - AK (mother hasn't been there) - and probably the MK (she hasn't seen the new fireworks).

Congratulations!
I would reccomend Artist Point. There is a DVC discount there, and they have always been wonderful at accomodating my food allergies. They use no additives and will tell you about anything you might be sensitive to if you ask. We find most of the higher end WDW restaurants to be good about that.
