Got my QVC TSY today!!!!! - warning...

I love it - BUT -
on two peas they made me aware that some letters may be missing from the sticker sheets - I did not panick as sometimes the prototypes are used for the online photos and they catch their errors - well WRONG!
The sticker sheets are missing letter! K's are obvious on the first sheet - on two peas they said more are - I haven't looked that far.
BUT as usual great customer service - I called - they are contacting the wearhouse and will be sending out replacement sheets
(MAN is they have to do that for 65,000 kits ordered I hate to be the person who goofed that up - and the dozens of people who probably never noticed - AMAZING!)
This was the bubble gum pink one!
Ya gotta love pink to love this color pink - which I do - It will go nicely with all my boxes and hat boxes!

Didn't order it, but what a BAD start for Lisa and Becky! I still can't believe that no-one spotted it before they were approved. Yikes...someone is in big trouble!

Bummer... I ordered the set too but not until Sunday so, I probably won't get it for weeks. I wasn't going to order it but it looked so cute when I watched them demonstrate it. I had Tivo the shows so, I didn't see them. Hopefully, they didn't sell out because I don't want to be waitlisted for them! I got PINK too!

Thanks for the heads up on the letters. I'll look when I get mine.

I got mine today - a blue kit - and it's missing the "K"s on four sheets, plus those four sheets are also missing the second part of the alphabet. I'm going to contact them later or tomorrow morning. On Two Peas it sounds like some people are missing other parts as well, so it's sort of random. I think they may have to send out an entire replacement set of the alphabet stickers to everyone who ordered a kit to make it right! Overall I like the kit - lots of possibilities!

The guy at QVC that I talked to said they would send me ALL new stickers... cuz I was saying hmmmm I think more are missing - let me see - and he said don't worry well send out all new ones - as long as they do that - no big to me!

Yes, I'd call them... They are probably only going to send new sheets to those who complain.

I just checked my order and it got shipped today. So, I should get it in about 5 days!! Yippeee... I'm so excited they didn't sell out.

Not only did I get my shipment, AND the same email..... I also got a RECORDED PHONE MESSAGE telling me the same info the email had.

I've haven't even opened the box yet. LOL

I have ALWAYS been pleased with QVC. Been shopping with them for close to 15 yrs. ??? I've bought many items from them, and they have always stood behind their products. I always trust their quality. Never a problem with returning anything. I can't say the same for Home Shopping Club.

Mine was separate from everything else. It actually fell on the floor when I pulled some items out.

BTW, I've opened my box (obviously). I've very happy with it. I like how the card kits are in each little baggie. Making these cards should really get me back into scrapping. I'm just sorry I didn't order another as a gift.

I just got my blue one, my beige one should be coming soon! I'm missing a bunch of stickers, I called QVC cust service today and they said that only the k's and d's will be replaced. They can't get the other sheets from the manufacturor. And she said that I could just send the whole thing back. I don't want to send it back, I just want the other sheets. She said a lot of people are calling missing sheets and that the manufacturor has not said anything about the sheets other than the k's and d's. When I mentioned that other people were told they would get all new sheets, she said they were told not to tell anyone that. It may happen, it may not. She said we should just all return the items. I think their cust. service stinks. At least the woman I talk to. She was VERY unapoligetic!

I still haven't gotten mine yet. When I go to the website, it says it was shipped on the 17th! I am hoping the delay means they are putting the missing stickers in mine- I sure hope I don't have to deal with customer service after I get it. It sounds like it is hit and miss with the service people.

I thought I was missing sheets, too. But when I went back and looked at the contents as shown on www.lisabearnson.com, it looks like the green/pinks a-m goes with the blue/green/mauve and the yellow/red/green a-m goes with the blue/yellow/taupe n-z. Seems kind of nutty to me, but these sheets are listed as "monogram" stickers so I guess their thinking is that you won't be spelling anything out with them. And it also doesn't show capital letters for the clear sticker sheet.

Well I'm glad to know that I'm not missing any sheets. It seems kind of weird that they would put those together, yk? Especially since we got a-z in the black and white and the blue, grey and taupe. Not that it matters too much to me, I still love the kit.
