Got my new Planner! Anyone have Karen?

Today I got a phone call from the DFTW office and it was Karen Heyn letting me know she was my new planner as my original is no longer there. She seems really excited and ready to jump right into all the details! Has anyone else had her?!

We LOVED her! Really nothing negative to say. She was fantastic throughout the entire process. You're in good hands!

Aww yay!! karen is great!! I had her she is very quick to answer questions, and is very detailed in what she gives you and tells you. She's great I wish I could still have her. We moved the wedding up and she wasn't available for our new date , so we have a new one and she's great too. Your in good hands!!

KAREN IS THE GREATEST!!!!
she was the best she was our planner in feb 2008 ! She always returns calls was in contact with me throughout the day of wedding checking on me. she was so helpful!!!!! she keeps up with the disboards also!! she always knew what i needed when she called me back she checks the boards to keep up on everything!
you will love her!!!

Thank you ladies, Karen sounds great! I am so relieved to hear this! I knew anyone I got with DFTW was going to be great it was just scary knowing I was switching in the midst of it all! I appreciate all your info!

We currently have Karen and have had her since we started our wedding planning. SHE IS WONDERFUL, DETAILED, CALMING!! She will make your day special so you have NOTHING to worry about. SHE IS FANTASTIC!!!
