Got my new Annual Pass RFID card

I have a friend there now that went over to Epcot today to convert her AP to the new card but was told if she did so she will only be able to get 3 FP's per day and at only one park per day. I thought that was only once magic plus was up and going 100% not right now for Spring Break.
Not sure now if we want to do the switch if it means not being able to park hop and get traditional FP's. Can anyone confirm how many FS's you can get with the new RFID plastic AP card and if they can get FP's at more than one park per day ...

We just bought new AP this week and were able to get as many FP as we liked per day this week.

Does anyone know if there are specific hours that this is open? Or it is the whole time Epcot is open that day?

OK...I'm going with friends later in April. I have a PAP and friends have tickets bought from UT. If I understand correctly, I can go to Odyssey and get something that will let me go through the quicker entrance lines. (This was such a pain in January, I felt like a second class citizen with my PAP!:lmao: ) My friends can take their UT tickets to concierge desk at BWV and get their tickets put on their room key. Then we can all go through the quicker lines at entrance.
Is that correct?

Correct.

Thank you. :goodvibes

Do you know if the paper tickets have to be for exactly the number of days we are staying?

That I'm not sure of. They could also take them to Guest Relations (Park or DTD) or a Park Ticket Window and have them swapped for RFID enabled cards.

We have 5 nights with 4 park days, and each friend has a 4 day pass. Well, we'll see what if anything can be done.

I don't think that they will have any trouble adding those to their KTTW cards.

No, there's never a requirement for the number of park days to match your hotel stay.
