Got my dates wrong...

The MNSSHP tickets are available!!!! But I was too excited and clicked on the day we wanted to go on without checking the month!?

Anyone have an email address for Disney?
Tried the email through the disney site but it wasn't sending...

Please help me!!

Call them if you can (I don't know if there is a UK number) or email right away and explain the situation. I'm fairly confident they will help you out

Are you collecting them from Will Call? I don't know if we just got lucky, but in 2012 we booked 3 party nights for our stay and wanted to switch one out and they handled that at our concierge with no problem.

We were there already though when I decided to change so if you can get hold of them now, even better. The terms on the back of the tickets have always stated non refundable so I doubt they will let you just cancel, but this must happen to people from time to time and canceling one set to re issue them on a different date should be different

I have been able to change the dates on my party tickets over the phone in the past. Last year they even let me change a MVMCP to a MNSSHP ticket. Each time the new date was either the same price or slightly higher so I had to pay the difference. I am quite sure they would not have given a refund if the price was less.

We've been on hold with Disney for 30 minutes... just enjoying the lovely happy music and someone answers! (Can we stay on hold to listen to the music?)
