Got my Boardwalk view for F&W!!!

DW has a conference at Grand Flo in October, which starts on a Sunday. We decided to fly in on Friday and use DVC points for a night and then move over to GF. I initially booked a value studio at AKV on 2/16. When the 7 month window opened on 3/3, I checked for an EPCOT area studio; nothing was available. Amazingly, I was able to find a TPV studio at BLT, so I booked it. I continued to stalk the the website and on 3/9, by some miracle, a Boardwalk view studio was available. SCORE! Booked the BW-view and canceled the TPV at BLT.

Then, while researching flights, we find out that the $126 Wanna' Getaway outbound flight on that Friday sold out and now it's $193. But Thursday is still $126. So . . . back to the DVC website. On 4/16 I was able to book an OKW-HH studio. So, now we have three resorts in 1 week -- not ideal. Stalking, stalking, stalking . . . then on 4/23 a coveted BWV Std studio is available. BOOKED!! At least we were in the same resort for the first two nights. Just in case, I put in a WL for a Boardwalk view studio and continued to stalk the site --- obsessively 8-10 times a day.

Then just yesterday the e-mail arrives --- the WL was fulfilled! Two nights in a Boardwalk view studio for F&W! Hooray!

I love online booking and those 1 day WL's. This will be the first time staying at an EPCOT resort for F&W. We can't wait!! Don't lose faith in those WL's!!
