I'm getting ready to mail my 5 contracts back, and now I thinking about the cost, the animal smells and how old I'll be (if not already part of the Circle of Life) in 2057.

I could fund the Kids Roth IRAs, buy DW Jewelry,or me a corvette.

Perhaps I already have enough DVC points.

I mean Public Restroom cleanliness is slipping, jobs are being outsourced and so on.....

The accountant in me is still trying to reconcile how DVC is doing the % owned per point calculation because it sure isn't making any sense to me.

If you think about it by adding up the %'s it could take 100's of owners just to get to 100% ownership of one unit say unit 35, and I'm wondering if thats just for that particular UY month of Oct. If that is true Unit 35 could have 3500 to 4000 owners for whole UY.

ARRRGH. I reconciled fine once I got the correct ownership % for our 4 contracts! That's what I get for having my husband read the information to me over the phone. When I looked at the actual paperwork this morning, we have .6136% ownership in Unit 35.

Using Greenban, barlitz, me and tomandrobin % owned divied by our points, the % owned per point is .003068 in Unit 35.
That means the total points for Unit 35 is approximately 32,595. Sounds quite close to the original points that greenban was told would be the total sold in February?

If each of us owned an average of 150 points in unit 35, there would be 217 owners. I don't think there are multiple owners of the same unit based on use year.

I bought in around 5pm on Feb 1st and only just got my points in my account today. Between the final days of the F&F promotion and now the sales of AKV, I think the document processing group is swamped.

Nope, just a normal old tote to add to the pile of them we have stored in the closet already.
