Got My AKV Paperwork Today

My Uy Is Oct. My 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 all have points in them for AKL but the resort name is Null. I believe my points are right. What is wrong with yours? I am not up to date on this info.

Several people are having the same problem: once the AKV contracts are added, the first UY displayed in the Points Summary changes from 2006 to 2007. But the data displayed there is actually the '07 AKV points and the '06 points for the other contracts. The displayed labeled "2008" is showing the '08 AKV points and the '07 points for the other contracts.

Several people have reported it to MS. I believe this is a software problem rather than a data problem. The people who called MS to ask about it reported that MS verified that the point totals for their contracts are all correct. In fact, if you look at the "contract detail" display, everything should be OK with the possible exception of "points banked in" showing "0" even if you have banked points into that UY, but the total points for that UY will be correct.

I believe everyone who added on at AKV will see this problem with the possible exception of those with a Feb UY. I'm hoping someone with a Feb UY will report in because I'm curious if they are experiencing this problem.

I sent MS email to add my name to the list of those affected and to provide them with some detailed info about the problem in hopes that it gets passed along to the developer assigned to look into it.

Another Oct UY in Unit 35 here. (Really impressed with all my new roommates)

Any chance that Oct and Dec Use Years are in later units so that if they are a little late in those units, the points are not out in the system? If they open in September, everyone but Oct and Dec Use Years would have points in the system (whether they use them at AKV or not). Just thinking . . .

Maybe ... I have an early use year and ended up in the high-20's Unit-Wise if I remember right. My points are messed up in the dvcmember system though, I need to call MS I guess. Anyone else having issues with that?

Are your points displaying correctly? When you go to the "My Points" page, which Use Year is the first one displayed: 2006 or 2007? And is the number of available points correct for 2007 and 2008? Many of us are finding that once the AKV contracts are added to our account, our points summary info is displaying incorrect data. Just wondered if you have been affected by this too. It would also help to know your Use Year month. Thanks!

Yes! That is exactly what is happening to me. At first it was okay, but when they configured me for multiple contracts, it got all messed up. My 2006UY disappeared and it shows 2007 first ... but 2007 is wrong. 2008 shows what I should have in 2007 and everything behind 2008 is correct (since there can be no banking and borrowing yet for those years, etc).

I don't mind sharing unit 35 with all you nice folks, But I do want to let you know that I occasionally like to parade around in my speedo and I was once mistaken for Sasquash, Luckily I was only shot with a tranquilizer dart. I will try not to shed on our nice furnishings and promise to clean up after myself
