Got ME luggage tags today and flight no. is wrong, should I bother calling?

The names are all correct, as well as the resort on the tags. Isn't that the most important thing and not the flight numbers? Should I even bother calling to correct? This is our first time using ME.

Jill--I would not worry about it. DME pulls the bags behind the scenes, before they ever hit the carousel, so I think the flight number is actually irrelevant as it relates to getting your bags to your resort. As long as the dates, names, and resort is right, I would just let it be.

Personally, I would call. I wouldn't assume they're watching every bag that comes into MCO for ME tags.

The little voucher booklet that comes with the tags says "Please verify the below flight departure information that was provided to us. If the information is not correct or not listed below, please call the same number used to make your Walt Disney World Resort room reservation or call 866-599-0951. Disney's Magical Express is not responsible for any airline schedule changes, please reconfirm all flights directly with the airline."

My thinking is that they wouldn't ask for the information if they didn't use it, and it's better to play it safe - especially with your luggage!

Deb, yes, I have been counting down for months now! I can't believe its almost here, but I am so not ready. My son is graduating from HS on Friday and he's got all kinds of activities going on. My other son is going on his 8th grade trip in another week that I have to think about packing for. I wanna get excited for our trip, but can't!

If you don't receive new yellow tags in time, cross out the incorrect dates completely and use the old tags.

Magical Express is never sold out. The only time the airline flight number really matters is late at night when Magical Express is about to shut down. The rest of the time it is used for estimating schedules only.

Going home you need to be sure of your flight departure time and be sure you have a scheduled bus time properly 3 hours in advance, done at least a day before checkout.
