Great trip. If anyone has specific questions, feel free to post or message me. We arrived by lunch and took the Magical Express to The Contemporary Resort. They had wheelchairs and they were free. We had a wheelchair accessible room in the Tower with a Bay View. It was perfect.
After Day 1, we rented a motorized wheelchair from Apple and it was $25 day which was dropped off and picked up. Day 1 was at the MK and we had no issues getting a DAS from someone(who had an iPad) in front of the Town Hall. We explained her two conditions, one of which is a mobility issue. He clearly (from his confused facial expression) did not ever hear of her other issue as he then explained mobility issues are recognized by WDW but do not require a DAS. I asked if he had ever heard of her other condition and he admitted he had not. Once I started explaining it, he quickly gave her a DAS.
For the time we were there at MK, we used her DAS 2 times (once was at The Jungle Cruise & while we had the wait we went to the Tiki Room & the other was for Pirates) and the Fast Pass 3 times. At EPCOT, we used Fast Pass 3 times (Mission Space, Soarin' and something else) and did not use the DAS. I will say that traffic seemed light at MK (even though we arrived at about 2) and lighter at EPCOT because it was rainy that day. To be perfectly honestly, we really did not need any passes or the DAS because it was such light waiting times but since we had them, we used them.
Day 3 I rented a car at the Car Rental Ctr within the Park to go to Winter Park FL to see the Moorse Museum. I highly recommend this. That Museum has the largest Tiffany collection in the world.
