Got BWV and didn't know it

We decided this last June to add 4 days on to trip coming home from Sanibel in Dec. Called MS and all they had was SSR.

We took that and got on BWV or BCV wait list.

We have several trips planned thru II, RCI and DVC in the next two years. This morning I got all our confirmations out to make sure everything was in order.

I had a confirmation for BWV for 12-10!!

It came just 2 days after the SSR confirmation and I didn't pay any attention to it.

Wait list really does work.

Glad to hear you had success with the waitlist. Could I ask if you got a studio, 1BR, or 2BR? If you got a 2BR, I'll have some hope for myself!!!

Sorry, I just got a studio. Just my DH and I, gotta save those points.

What impressed me is that I was just on the wait list for 2 days according to the post mark. I filed it away without looking at it thinking it was the SSR confirmation.

We always plan 11 months out but we have a habit of adding on later. I think our wait list has always come through.

Do you currently have both reservations? If so, don't forget to cancel what you don't want.

Dean, I didn't think about that.

When I made SSR I asked to be put on a waiting list for BWV. They were to automatically confirm me for BWV if it became available.

I thought they would automatically cancel SSR.

And they may have, just make certain so you don't get stuck. An email would be the easy way to do it, just be clear about what you want and don't want.
