Got A Snow White Suitcase For $1.49!!

Ran to the DS early this morning for that huge 75% off sale really did not have any stuff as she said the sale has been on for 3 weeks but picked out a Snow White rolling suitcase which sold for about $30. when she rang it up it came to 1.49!! I bought the Stich packpack and a cd rom Treasure Planet and the bill came to 13. with my DVC 10% discount I HAD THE NERVE TO ASK FOR THE DISCOUNT! Sooooooooooooo happy.. hope you guys got something good also..thanks for letting me know about the sale just wish I could have gotten there earlier..Marianne

We went tonight and picked up a couple of t-shirts for my honey and the last pin they had. I got out for under $20.

I do have to say that the store is looking much more varied and the stuff is getting back to the sort of merchandise that I wouldn't mind paying more for. They had the cutest lamp/flashlight combo thingies in the shape of a soda can. They were $7 and I thought it was the perfect flashlight for a dark ride at WDW or the perfect bedside night light/flashlight. The cans had Buzz and some Aliens or Princesses. There were nightshirts and sweatshirts that went from children's sizes to adult XXL! And they were pretty nifty too. One of the nightshirts was a scratch and sniff shirt.....the plate of cookies smelled like chocolate. I have to wonder what it smells like after a wash or two.

Anyway, the trip was worth it. I can't wait to see the store transform into something better. Mickey

I went to my local DS yesterday and pretty much all the sale stuff is picked over.

I did pick us some very cute small sequenced pink princes purses for 99 cents and the regular price is $14.50.

I went today and picked up quite a few "girl" gifts. Most of the doll sets were 2.75-3.00. Got t-shirts for 4.00, the wash cloths that expand in water for .62, they make great stocking stuffers or a nice something extra in a package. I also got great deals on summer sleepwear for 5.00 last night on disney on line. The pj keepers were a steal also, 4.50 (regular 19.99). The discount (summer2003) was good online.

There was a blue sleeveless dress at the DS with a blue tulle bottom and cinderella on the top- I had been looking at it before and it was about 35.-too much for a dress which would be worn once or twice. It was a catalog return and in the perfect size (2) for my daughter. Well, long story short, I ask the CM to see how much it rang up for during the semi annual sale- it was like 2.90! What a bargain!

my 15 yo dd got a stuffed talking "Cogsworth", marked $22.50, for .99!

Not much left, but at least they are putting out the new stuff like adult shirts and night shirts, etc.
